Avnet Partner Solutions backs its full line of products with a certified and highly experienced team of engineers, analysts, and specialists to help our partners create technology solutions and solve business problems. Continuing in-depth training keeps the team up-to-date. They are experts in OS/400, AIX, NT, storage networks, data communications, software applications and associated IBM hardware.
PRE-SALES SUPPORT SERVICES
Our technical specialists are always ready to help with any pre-sales questions that our business partners may need assistance with. This can include, but is not limited to, the following :
- System proposals
- Configurations and solution design
- Compatibility questions
- Quality reviews
- Supported migration paths
As required our technical team are also available to assist in pre-sales meetings with our business partner's customers. Avnet will endeavour to supply this resource within 72hrs notice, subject to availability of the consultants.
POST-SALES IMPLEMENTATION SERVICES
As well as providing pre-sales assistance, our consultants are available for other activities on a chargeable basis. A range of EasyStart® Services provide our partners/customers an easy and straightforward implementation. Alternatively, a range of Services can be leveraged on an “as needed basis” including:
- Solution Design
- On-site surveys
- Hardware installation/upgrade
- Software installation/upgrade
- High availability design and configuration
- Programming
- Software configuration (MQSeries/WebSphere etc.)
